During his stint as Medical Director for U.S. Medical Affairs, Gyn-Oncology at Genentech Inc. in San Francisco, Dr. Boente led a large global cross-functional team responsible for the FDA approval of bevacizumab with chemotherapy in front line ovarian cancer.
